I really like the photo of Chloe's hair blowing. It's good that the background is out of focus and for the most part dark. It was a good decision to photograph her from the back. If she was looking at the camera, we would probably just focus on her face and say how cute she is. Here, we get to focus on the lighting, texture, composition, etc. Nice photo!
